Payment & Authorization

Confirmation Timeline

• Most reservations are confirmed within 24–48 hours
• Availability is first-come, first-served

Refund Policy

• If we cannot confirm your requested stay, you receive a full refund
• Refund eligibility after confirmation depends on the resort's cancellation policy

Resort Fees & Deposits

Some resorts require:

• Refundable security deposits
• Local resort or housekeeping fees

These are paid directly to the resort at check-in and are disclosed in advance.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests must:

• Meet the minimum check-in age (usually 21)
• Follow resort rules and policies
• Present valid ID and credit card at check-in

Liability
